Xinguang Award China Xi’an the 7th International Animation Competition 

- Contest Purpose :

The Competition serves “New National Style, New Silk Road, New Animation”

as purpose, continue focus on ethnic based elements and animation works,

combine with the new idea and technology. Integration the financial and

market resource, building industry development platform, promoting

outstanding project industrialization and marketization. To carry out

investment and service outstanding development work, and promote

international industry exchange.

The current competition will focus on the Silk Road culture elements

animation works.

June 2018,Publish the competition regulations and entry collecting range

June to July 31st 2018, Accept registration and entries

August entries initial review

September publish shortlist
